How do I check stock of items on the website?
Anything advertised on the site is at time known as in stock and ready to be ordered unless otherwise stated. Simply add to your cart and checkout and we will process immediately. If there is any change in this when your order is placed, your order will be voided and no monies will leave your account.
I want to place an order, what do I do?
Our website uses a secure payment processor, Sagepay, so simply add your item to the cart and checkout. When you get to the final page you will be taken straight to the secure banking page (website address will begin with HttpS://) where you enter your details. The only people who see your details is the bank. Once your payment is made we will be notified immediately and your payment will be processed.
Ive placed an order....what happens next?
All your notifications will be sent via email. If you have placed an order and have not received anything please check your spam box. You will get emails notifying that your order is passing through the following stages....
1. Order Placed - Your order has been paid for with Sagepay and has been received by us to be accepted.
2. Order Confirmation - Your order is being validaded by a sales representative for payemt.
3. Processing confirmation - Your order is being processed by your sales member to check stock.
4. Dispatch confirmation - Your order has been accepted and assigned a delivery date. For items not in stock a standard 7-10 waiting email will be sent and a new email will be sent with your delivery date when the item comes into stock.
If there are any problems with your order, you will usually be notified within a half day. If not, orders are guaranteed to be confirmed or voided in 24 hours.
Most of our items come with shipping times advised per item. However, as a general guide, if not specified, the following can be applied.
Commercial goods - 1 to 5 days.
Domestic goods - 1-14 days depending on stock
Spare Parts - 1 to 5 days.
Please however look on the shipping detail for each item and this should give you a clear idea of the shipping per item
Why is there not a telephone number on the website?
In order to reduce costs, we do not employ telesales agents to sit at the end of the line. Instead, we spend more time getting more products and trying to bring our costs down as much as possible, in order to pass the savings on to you.
