These wet fish storage refrigerators have coiled wall
refrigeration designed to maintain the freshness of fish
by providing optimum storage conditions with minimum
dehydration. Standard finish is stainless steel exterior
and interior. Supplied with 111 gastronorm stainless steel
containers fitted with perforated inserts. A drain is fitted
to the base of the refrigerator (ends in 314" BSP
connection for easy attachment to a drain pipe). Internal
tray supports are fully adjustable and removeable for
easy cleaning. OC150 is fitted with castors as standard
and can be fitted to the OC80 at extra cost.
